Morgan Roberts | Law Graduate
Morgan joined Roberts Litigation as a Law Clerk in November 2025 and has since moved into the role of Law Graduate following the successful completion of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours - Class 1).
He has a particular interest in commercial litigation and has experience in defective work disputes, debt recovery and contractual disputes. Morgan anticipates being admitted as a solicitor in mid-2026.

Holly Chetham | Law Clerk
Holly joined Roberts Litigation as a Law Clerk in January 2026. She is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology.
Holly has developed a particular interest in commercial and construction litigation and is drawn to the strategic and problem-solving aspects of dispute resolution. She values working closely with clients to navigate their disputes and contributing to the delivery of commercially focused outcomes. She has assisted on a range of litigated matters, including secured lending arranges, contractual disputes and construction disputes.
Brodie Roberts
Our Director, Brodie Roberts, is a senior-level litigator with extensive experience in construction, insolvency and commercial disputes across Australia.
He has acted in matters ranging from:
